Thai Massage Event

Ever feel like you could use a good stretch? Or how about a massage? If you
answered yes to either or both of these questions, we have a wonderful new
option to try. Of course, we believe yoga is always an option and a great one
since we are a yoga studio. But what if you know someone who hasn't tried yoga
and wants a good stretch or massage and probably wants one as soon as this
weekend? We have the answer for you and them! Yoga Thai massage consists of gentle massage and stretching techniques and is also known as yoga for the lazy person. This hands-on session will teach some basic relaxation techniques for the feet, legs, hips, neck and shoulders. You receive the blissful benefits of yoga & gentle stretching that are at the core of both giving and receiving.
Thai massage is done fully clothed and in a relaxing environment. You feel taller,
stretched, relaxed and well...just terrific.
Absolutely no yoga or massage experience required. Thai massage is performed on the floor on your clothed body. Wear loose fitting clothes: long pants & long sleeve shirt. Please bring a bed comforter or sleeping bag and pillow. Hosted by Lynda & John
