Glenn

Glenn has been practicing Yoga since 2002, primarily in the Iyengar tradition. He recently completed LivYoga’s Teacher's Training program along with his wife Sarah, with whom the practice of Yoga is a shared journey. Glenn currently works in Operational and Technical Management and has for over 27 years.  Always probing the esoteric, Glenn found his way into Yoga several years ago. From years in business and previous decades of playing the usual American sports, it didn't take long for Glenn to realize his Body-Mind connection was non-existent. That journey that started with a Down-Dog (and a really bad one at that), taught him one particularly important truth: it's all Yoga...the postures, his love of art and history, meditation and grinding out a living...it's all just Yoga.  That is the wisdom he shares through his teaching.  Men's Series
